Ordering and Delivery 2.1 All orders are subject to availability. I strive to fulfill your order promptly, but please allow 10-14 days for printing, finishing, and postage within Australia. For international orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. 2.2 Postage is free for all orders delivered within Australia. 2.3 I package my prints with acid-free tissue paper to ensure their protection during transit. 2.4 Delivery times provided are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays or circumstances beyond my control. I am not liable for any loss or damage caused by delayed delivery.

Pricing and Payment 3.1 The prices of my limited edition prints are as stated on my website and are subject to change without prior notice. 3.2 All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes. 3.3 I accept payment through the available methods indicated on my website. Payment must be made in full before your order is processed.

Returns and Refunds 4.1 I take great care in producing and packaging my prints to ensure they reach you in excellent condition. If, however, you receive a damaged or faulty print, please contact me within seven (7) days of receiving the order, providing details and photographic evidence of the damage. 4.2 I reserve the right to assess the nature of the damage or fault and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include providing a replacement or issuing a refund. 4.3 I do not accept returns or provide refunds for prints due to a change of mind or if the print does not match your expected aesthetic preferences.
